We support clients’ remote engineers to reach the network by performing on site configurations and upgrades
Our team always ensure the software and firmware are up to date and errorless in coordination with the remote Engineers. One of the regular tasks of our team is to make sure network elements like servers and switches are up and running by performing these tasks based on the client maintenance tickets.
We also perform necessary network configuration and software updates for network elements on site during new deployments, so that it is accessible by remote engineers. Our team is familiar with configuration and upgrades of most of the commonly used vendor equipment including Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, Dell, Delta, Celestica, Accton, Samsung, IBM, HP etc…
We also assist Client Remote Engineers to access inactive machines by providing remote consoles through internet live sessions.
